2026 Mentorship Program

 

The Emerging Professionals Committee is excited to launch the 2026 Mentorship Program — designed to connect emerging professionals with industry leaders for mentorship, networking, and professional growth.

Participants will be placed into small learning groups consisting of:

• 1 Mentor

• 3 Mentees

• 1 Group Coordinator

​

Groups will meet every other month for three curated events, with coordinators helping facilitate discussions and scheduling.

The program kicks off with a Happy Hour on June 18 and concludes with a closing celebration in early December (date TBD).

Mentee Eligibility & Cost

​​

Open to emerging professionals in architecture and related fields who want to connect with and learn from experienced professionals.

​

• Students: $30

• AIA Members: $60

• Non-AIA Members: $100

​

Mentor Eligibility & Cost

​

Open to architects and professionals in adjacent industries who are passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders.

​

• No cost to participate as a mentor.

​
