SMUD and Sacramento Habitat for Humanity invite AIA members to an Open House to preview Habitat’s energy efficient remodeled home.
The home is located in North Sacramento. SMUD worked with Habitat, to reduce the energy use of this abandoned 1946 vintage, 1107 square foot 3-bedroom, 1 bath home by up to 50%.
Date: Wednesday, April 20
Time: 4:00 pm – 7:00 p.m.
Light refreshments sponsored by SMUD and Habitat for Humanity.
Location: 2380 North Avenue
Parking: Parking located in parking lot on North Avenue, East of the home. Look for the tent. Free Shuttle to home site.
Cost: FREE
Register: By Tuesday, April 15th directly to Habitat for Humanity.
