		<description>These tours are always so much fun and this was no exception.  Great mix of people, good food and a great presentation.

The project landscape/hardscape was particularly good; I really loved the &quot;wave&quot; turf area.  The building had a really simple structural system with  a lot of it exposed but that required a high level of detailing which W+P really nailed.  I especially like the simplicity of the white ceiling/roof deck and how it linked the whole building together.  The coordination with the electrical mechanical and plumbing was really amazing.  All exposed and it looked like art.  Great project - It looked like a highly tuned design response on a very reasonable budget</description>
