We had a small turnout last night as we concluded the 4th Wednesday Design Dialogue (FWDD) series for another year (none scheduled for Nov-Dec). Among the evenings attendees were architects, an interior designer, engineer, small business owners and entrepreneurs with topics ranging from the economy both locally and globally as well as marketing strategies through the use of social networking and blogging.
As we look to 2011, the FWDD will take on a new look and a few new partners but will posses the same rousing dialogue that made the event so popular with citizens and designers a like over the past two years.
Since the AIACV began co-hosting the event in early 2009 and the implementation of our revamped blog-style website, we’ve seen a spike in the number of visitors to the chapter office and web. We are encouraged with the out reach that’s taken place because of the event and are excited about the prospect of new and exciting discussions beginning in January.
Check the AIACV’s website in early 2011 for more information and thank you for making this years series and success!
